PURPOSE OF JOB
- Development of new silicon sensors based on existing and new processes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Design and simulation of micro-machined silicon sensors
- Development of new sensor assembly technologies
- Development of new sensor processes (eg. SOI technology) in relationship with wafer supplier
- Co-integration of electronics with sensor devices
- On time and in budget of installation & PQA of new processes and equipment
- Supervision and quality control of wafers from suppliers
- Characterisation and qualification of new sensors
- Project management for new micro-machined silicon sensors
- Technical training of supervisors and operators
- Maintain and develop a high quality sensor know-how
